It's nice to have a family who puts up with filling up their driveway for ...how long?  We are downsizing so we can drive easier to Alaska. You know what else is nice? Waking up and not having to rush to clean a bathroom! Since we are unemployed, now, we don't have to worry about what mess might be waiting for us in the campgrounds.  It will be great to take a break after working in campgrounds for the last 3 years straight (summer and winter).
