Rye Patch Rec Area (Nevada, I-80):  Came in after dark. The upper campground is closed due to construction. We could tell the lower campground is being overhauled. Some new pavement. 1 pit toilet (newer kind) and one flush toilet with pay showers – propane for hot water.  Nice campground. Well cared for. $10/night. We sat out after dark, when it was quiet, and could hear the pods on the cottonwood trees pop open (clicking). It’s spring!
