After a picnic at a Brookings overlook watching whales, we kept heading north along Hwy 101. We found the great little State Park by the Cape Blanco lighthouse. This is the farthest point west in the lower 48 states!  I guess we'll go east tomorrow!  Nice campground, very clean grounds and restrooms/showers.
