Hhhmmm - been a while since we posted - I guess we're officially "agate addicts". The agate beds are still exposed here at Tillicum Beach. We now have a double-barrelled (sp?) rock tumbler and a summer's worth of rocks to polish. I prefer looking for whole sand dollars though. Don found this one. I saved it, even though it is broken, because it hasn't been dead for too long. You can still see the tiny hairs on the bottom (sand dollar feet).
